The concept: Less pressure, more chemistry. Forget awkward one-on-one interviews. You’ll meet in groups of 4 (2 men, 2 women), creating a relaxed atmosphere where it’s easier to laugh and be yourself.- 👥 Format: 2 men + 2 women per table
