Start your Friday strong! 💪 Together with healwell, we bring you a powerful morning session that blends breathwork, river dips, movement and optional sauna to kick off your day right. Led by Zurich’s top Wim Hof instructor & award winning massage therapist Matthew Hua, this session is all about feeling alive, centered, and ready to take on the day.
This session runs every Friday — and this time, it’s open for Social Circle members to join in! 🌟 You’ll meet like-minded, health-focused people and build the habits that help you thrive.

🕕 06:50 – Arrival & welcome at healwell studio

👙 07:10 – Change into swimwear & jog to the river
❄️ 07:15 – Cold dip & jog back
🏋️ 07:35 – Warm-up exercises at the gym
🔥 08:00 – Optional sauna

✨ Illuminarium night – we’re heading out as a group to wander through the light installations at the Landesmuseum courtyard. Expect magical projections, cosy winter vibes, Glühwein in hand and plenty of time to chat and connect while we explore it all together. ❄️
