🔥 Social Sauna & Cold Plunge by the Limmat

Join us for a relaxing and social wellness experience at Zurich’s unique riverside sauna village, right on the Limmat. This is not a silent spa retreat, but a textile social sauna where you can move freely, chat, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere as a group.

We’ll spend up to 2 hours alternating between hot saunas, refreshing cold plunges, and chilled hangouts in the lounge areas — with plenty of time to talk, relax, and just be human without pressure.

What to expect:

• 🔥 Four different saunas (75–100°C Finnish + gentler organic saunas)
• ❄️ Ice-cold plunges (2–6°C) & outdoor river showers
• 🧘 Cozy indoor & outdoor relaxation areas
• 🫖 Bistro with tea, drinks & snacks for post-sauna hangs
• 🌊 Beautiful views over the Limmat
• 💬 Social, easy-going vibe (not a silent spa)

You can join sauna infusions led by sauna masters if timing aligns — or simply go at your own pace.

Practical info:

• 2-hour entry: CHF 25
• Bring swimwear, towel, flip flops (rentals usually available on-site)
