mat Pilates class designed for all levels. After class, we’ll head to a cozy
spot nearby to enjoy tea (or anything else!) together – the perfect way to
cool down, chat, and connect.

- 60 min guided mat Pilates session (all levels welcome)
- A chance to move your body and meet new people in Zurich
- Drinks after the Pilates session at the nearby coffee shop
