Also

Try and arrive at the venue early to avoid any complications with the bouncers.
Reason being, some people tend to come SUPER LATE (4 hours past the set time🕰 like 11pm 😟 ) and by then, the place gets packed. It’s then up to the clubs policy to refuse that person entry. ⛔️

It’s best to arrive at the venue as set time (7pm)or just before 9:30pm. Anything past 9:30pm, I find it’ll be hard to get in

Why is it important for people to come to the meetup? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

It’s important to bring people together because it allows the members to meet each other for the first time, help them connect, socialise, help them expand their social circle, make new friends, and more. ❤️ 🙋‍♂️💁‍♀️🙋🙋‍♀️👩‍❤️‍👨👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩💏
Like they say, “find the others” “find your people” this is the quickest platform to do so.
Taking risks to anything in life can result to a start of something new. So why not start here at my social events? 🆕 😃

Why do people enjoy the meetups?

I believe people enjoy attending the meetups because they love to meet new people, make new friends, and socialise. It also has a merging of all of these cultures, energy, and passion that come together. That couldn't of been done other than through meetup. 😁😀☺️🤗🙂😎😃😄🙃🤩😇 🇧🇫🇦🇺🇦🇱🇺🇳🇧🇫🇨🇦🇧🇴🇧🇧🇧🇩🇨🇽🇩🇲🇮🇴🇫🇮🇫🇴🇪🇷🇮🇲🇯🇵🇭🇰🇬🇼

That’s what happens when u bring people together in any meetup group. They’re able to socialise, share ideas, connect, make new friends, expand their social circle, and are able to build some type of deep friendship. I, myself especially love seeing different cultures get together.

In my events, iv seen the way it’s impacted people lives, it’s giving people “members” a good outlet to come and hang out. 🥰😍👩🏽👦🧒👧🧓🧍‍♀️🧍🧍‍♀️👩‍🦱👨‍🦱👱‍♀️👱👩‍🦰🧑‍🦰👩‍🦳

My meetup events has giving them a place to get together and meet new people. Especially if there’s people from the county side (vic) or new people from overseas that want to explore Melbourne city and it’s unique nightlife venues. 🏙👨👩🏽🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️🧑‍🦱👱‍♀️👱🏢🏣

Arguably, there’s so many rewarding levels to it, for me as well as other members. 👩‍🦰🧑‍🦰🧑‍🦲👨‍🦱👱‍♀️👱👩🏽👩‍❤️‍👨🙋🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️🎉🍾🎊🍻👏




Reasons to join my meetup or other groups in general?

I believe that my Meetup group and the meetup app in general, is a success because it builds a community that allows us to connect. It has a place where we can go to. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👩‍👩‍👧‍👦

What you put in meetup, is what you get out of it. It also allows people to discover my meetup group quickly and easily without any hassle. It’s easy to join in order to participate (rsvp) in the upcoming events 🏙🏢🏚

I’m hoping that through my meetups events, I’m able to inspire the members on my page to start their own group (organiser) and expand the meetup. 👨‍⚖️🧑‍⚖️👩‍⚖️







Is it scary to attend meetup events ? 😱😳🤯😰😟😲🙀😧👹 🙅‍♂️🙅‍♀️

Nope! Not at all
However, I know attending events (especially if it’s your first time/ butterfly in the stomach 😩 🦋) it can be nerve racking and u might feel a tad bit shy, but I assure u that everyone in the meetups are friendly. So come along, get out of your comfort zone, meet new people, and connect. You could meet your new tribe! Or even more :)





Why it’s hard meeting people outside of the meetup? 😓

Outside of any meetup event, In my opinion,(Im sure a lot of people have experienced this) I sometimes find it hard to approach random people. It's also hard talking to strangers when u feel you’re not welcomed. And sometimes u feel that they’re brushing u off or give u the cold shoulder.🥶

Now, you just want things easy without the hassle. People, I believe the meetup events is the answer to all of these hard situations, starting with my group to join. 😃 Come along and join in to be part of something great in order to meet new people, connect, and to create memories with beautiful people 😍😻😘🥰




Why I love being a host/ living with a disability?

Being an organisers host in a wheelchair ♿️(as well as a leader) has allowed me to explore all these unique bars, best rated bars, (some hidden bars) within our beautiful Melbourne city 🏙.

I love meeting new people who's just as excited about a meaningful connection as I am :)

Personally, my meetup events helped me meet new people, make new friends, expand my social circle, socialise, and connect. It’s also inspired me to help others who are dealing with low self esteem, social anxiety, depression or someone living with a disability. 🦼 🧑🧒

Most importantly, my page has also givin me a gift to inspire people with disabilities (as I can relate) I’d also love to see them attend my meetup events, and help them be part of my social circle. ⭕️ 🧑🏼‍🦼🧑🏻‍🦯🏃🏿👩🏼‍🦯
