Social eLearning meetup - Wednesdays in May

It is Wednesday again. Just a reminder, we will be continuing the early summer Wednesday night sessions tonight. In our last meeting had a terrific discussion around measurement of learning. This session we will pick up where members Heidi and Ian left off. The idea of hosting a session in conjunction with the FAMI lab here in Longwood where we can see high tech, agile teaching in action.

Our topic Advanced Mobile elearning tools for the next generation of learners. As we are doing at each meeting we welcome you to:

• Share your experiences with digital learning materials to date and talk about those currently under development.

• What measurements would teachers and trainers love to gather? A very important benefit of these new mobile ebooks for learning is the experiential analytics tracking and instant feedback they provide.

How should we develop the feedback and reward mechanism to create enthusiasm for learning long term?

Bring a laptop or tablet and share some of your projects. There is free wifi, plus great appetizers, and a spectacular Belgian wine and beer selection.
