Youssou N' Dour in concert at the Usher Hall

As part of Edinburgh International Festival we have a rare chance to hear ‘the undisputed king of Senegalese music’ (The Guardian) a mix of ancient traditions with eclectic world influences. Known as one of the most famous singers alive in Senegal and much of Africa.

I have never before seen the Usher hall remove all seating from the stalls to try to get in as many people as possible to get the chance to see this amazing singer- songwriter- composer and musician. I feel so lucky to have a ticket to see this man perform.
