As a wise man once said ,,,,,"IF ONE IS GOOD TWO IS BETTER !!!" 😊😊🤔. Well ,,,,,,maybe it depends on the subject. But we are celebrating the World Cup this weekend (one of Houston's biggest parties in a very long while). So it only seems fitting to stay "on-brand" by leading into our weekend party with a World Cup pre-party for this week's mid-week event.

Enter Highline Park and a special "reverse happy hour" for our group. As our regulars know, at Highline Park we can ENJOY BOTH DRINK AND FOOD SPECIALS ALL NIGHT LONG !!! Whenever someone asks if it's OK if they don't get there right at 7PM, I always say no worries ,,,"you're never late to a Meetup." Well that's doubly true for this event. The folks at Highline Park are offering us 15% off both food and drink items all night long (except items already on special).

Located in MKT Heights, Highline Park boasts a large patio overlooking the Heights Hike & Bike Trail along the bayou (a perfect place to watch the sunset). It's menu includes a wide variety of beer, wine and cocktails along with a selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches and pasta. Also, as our regulars know, because MKT Heights has so many cool 😉 restaurants in the same area, these meetups usually include a mid-meetup ice cream run to Honeychild's Sweet Creams 🍦🍦🍦. And with Highline Park open 'til midnight we can leave our tabs open and circle back afterwards to finish off the night !

So we've got the Pre-party on Wednesday and the Party on Saturday. This week TWO REALLY IS BETTER THAN ONE !!! All are welcome. Feel free to bring a friend.
