New Years Eve - Hogmanay Hootenanny 5 - £3 charge (READ DESCRIPTION)

Time to get organised!

Following the super success of the last 4 years Hogmanay events we’re going to head back to The Rat Pack for an evening of fun, frolics and fabulous music. Open 9pm until 3am, the Piano Man will be on and we have our own dedicated space booked so there will be seating and space to leave coats etc. It’s a fabulous location and you can even go out at midnight to watch the fireworks. Just ask anyone who has been before what an amazing night we had and get your space booked. No-one has ever regretted leaving the house - why stay home alone?! And don’t worry about getting home - you can be safely inside and leave at a time when Princes Street has died down.

You must attend on the evening before 10.00 (opens at 9) as otherwise the venue gets busy and there may be queues and you may not get entry. There will be no fast track entry if you get stuck in a queue. Spaces are only guaranteed if you turn up on time.

There’s a non- refundable charge of £3 for this one to secure your space. We give the bar staff the majority of whatever raised as they really look after us and the rest is a small donation to the costs incurred running meetups throughout the year. (All other New Year events that I can find cost a lot more so this small price is not unreasonable - £89 for murrayfield, £43 for Princes St Silent disco!). I’ll send a message with payment details when you sign up. You have until 10th December to pay or be moved to ‘not going’ 😃 if there are spaces after this, any additions will be asked to pay within 3 days of joining the list.

As always, no plus ones (every attendee must be a member of the group) and if you just don’t turn up you’ll be removed from the group. Cancellations after 12 noon on the day will get a ‘no show’ as it’s unfair to any who may be on a wait list.
