Set in an all black Victorian house, 3 Howls exudes an enchanting, dark, and brooding aesthetic, with vintage gothic decor, dim ambient lighting, and rich, luxurious textiles. They also serve cocktails and have an all vegan menu.

So, come out and talk about upcoming adventures, fun spots you've discovered in Portland, new experiences you've had, restaurants you love, a new puppy you've adopted, spirituality, AI technology, or anything you're excited about. Strike up a conversation and make a new friend!
