Chocolate works its magic upon your senses like nothing else in this galaxy. Music may calm the savage beast, but chocolate soothes your soul and elevates your mood. Each variety of chocolate offers its own unique journey through a world of sweetness and complexity. On this chocolate tour, we'll visit three Portland purveyors of chocolate:
Roste Chocolate House - They make their single-origin chocolate on-site. You'll need to sit down to indulge in their sipping chocolate, cacao nib coffee, Mexican hot chocolate, brownie, chocolate hazelnut cookie, cinnamon roll, and an array of other pastries.
Saint Cupcake - If you prefer your chocolate baked into moist and delicious cupcakes, and covered in light and airy frosting, Saint Cupcake has just what you're looking for. Sink your teeth into their chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream icing, chocolate with chocolate fudge icing, chocolate with caramel icing and a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of sea salt, the Boston Cream, and many other flavours. All cupcakes are available in regular size or mini.
Verdun Fine Chocolate - Each flavour in Verdun's lineup of Lebanese chocolate truffles come in either dark or milk chocolate. Will you choose their coconut pistachio cream chocolate, cardamom chocolate, cherry and pistachio chocolate, or the rice crisp biscuit with caramel chocolate? Whatever choice you make, you'll likely leave with a smile.

All three chocolate shops are within a few blocks of each other. We'll walk about 1 mile total. Each shop has vegan options available.
