Let's Learn How to Social Groovz

Social Groovz is a new life style where we concentrate on connecting and bonding activities.

The first of which is dancing with a partner, by yourself, or in group. In these first Social Groovz classes we will be learning the simple fundamental steps that make you look and feel cool out social dancing at a club, wedding, cruise, work party, or most important, at home :)

First, We will show everyone the same move ideas in a group without music, then add music so we are all comfortable dancing them by ourselves.

Second, we will establish who are leaders and followers because Social Groovz is Unisex so we all can choose to lead and follow if we want because we all are friends who like dancing together just like subatomic particles

Then we share how easy is it to take the moves we just learned and do them with a partner and we practice by switching partners and dancing to any kind of music we choose :) Social Groovz can be done to all kinds of music
