Reiki Full Moon Energy Circle with Somatic Movement!!

Celebrate the October full moon, known as the “harvest” moon! Receive Reiki, set intentions, and express gratitude under the power of this celestial event. Special guest Jelani will lead us in somatic move! We’ll be creating moon water, so bring a jar with a lid and a crystal to add to your water. If you don’t have one or forget, we’ll have jars and crystals available.

Whether you’re curious about Reiki and somatic move ent or are already familiar, this meetup is for you! Practice setting full moon intentions and gratitude with Shannon, a reiki master and holistic health practitioner. She’ll also guide us through a breathing exercise and ETF (tapping). Shannon will demonstrate Reiki and discuss its benefits and why it’s essential for everyone’s well-being. Everyone will have an opportunity to receive Reiki from shannon a certified Reiki Master. And somatic movement led by Jelani, a somatic movemen expert.
