Workshop Description:
In this two-hour, text-image workshop, we explore the ways that we are all in constant flux. Working across both language and visual art, participants will have the chance to write, draw, and color the changes they've made in their lives as well as the ones they are in the process of manifesting.
Price: $100 (no one turned away for lack of funds); non-alcoholic drinks and snacks provided

Workshop Leaders:
Dana Teen Lomax has written numerous poetry books and short films. Her recent films,-unnamed-relation- and Pirate’s Ink, have screened internationally, and Dana's work has been recognized as among the Guerrilla Girls’ favorite poetry books. She lives in SoCal, and her work can be found at danateenlomax.com (http://danateenlomax.com/).
Alexis St. John is the story artist and animator at Liminal Key Studio. Her animation work is informed by her years as a visual artist, as well as her love of nature. Her work invites audiences to experience a gentler, more mindful way of seeing the world.
