Here's our one rule: nothing happens in this group that doesn't serve someone outside the room. No hypothetical speeches. No talking about problems from a safe distance.
Every single activity starts the same way — you go live a piece of someone else's reality — and only then do you speak about it.
That's the whole idea behind "Social Impacter." Not a founder. Not a public speaker. Not a volunteer. Just someone who gets close enough to something real to actually do something about it.
How it works
Every activity we run follows the same four beats:
🔹 Live It — Step into a real experience, days before you say a word about it.
🔹 Feel It — Sit with what that experience actually did to you.
🔹 Change It — Speak it, pitch it, or perform it — in a way that reaches someone outside the room.
🔹 Lead It — For those who want to keep going, turn what you lived into something you build and run.
Five ways to get involved
🌱 The Unheard (Witness) — Shadow someone's day, then tell their story in their own voice.
💡 The Solutions (Solver) — Stand inside a real problem before you pitch its fix.
🚀 The Founders (Builder) — Live inside an unmet need before you build something to meet it — with a direct path into FoundersValley's incubation track for the strongest ideas.
👂 The Listening (Listener) — Offer a stranger your full presence, no agenda, no ask.
📖 The Legacy (Keeper) — Spend real time with an elder before you carry their story forward.
Each month, we rotate through all five — one immersion, one gathering, one ripple at a time.
