Sharing session: Inclusive co-design processes

The meetups in this series focus on sharing and learning from each other. For this session, we call out to anyone with experience or an interest in inclusive co-design processes and decision-making who want to learn from others who do this as well.

We've invited 2 guest speakers:

• Sara Cantor from Greater Good Studio (remote from Chicago, US) will share a variety of tools and mindsets she uses to empower participants to contribute in her design work. Sara is creative leader and human-centered designer focused on equity, inclusion and social innovation.
• Laurent Battheu from Josworld, a human-driven creative agency and our host for the evening, will explain why accessible and inclusive design has become a logical part of their design approach.

After the inspirational talks, it's over to YOU! Via a structured learning process, we invite you to share what methods, mindsets or tools you use to ensure inclusion in your work. There will be time to reflect and share on how you can translate this to your own field, or how to make your learning tangible so you can use it right away.

We are looking for a mix of people with different backgrounds to create an optimal sharing experience, so please state your background when registering.
