Social service design as a job: what's out there?

We know that a lot of you, members of this Meetup, want to work at the intersection of service design and social innovation. In other words: using the design mindset and tools to work for social good. But how much of the service design work is actually aimed at solving social issues? And who is already doing this successfully?

Let’s tap into the shared knowledge of the community to answer these questions! We’ll look at what type of work you can do as a (service) designer or innovator and cocreate a shared map of possibilities and opportunities.

The meetup will be in English. Part of the meetup will be live streamed via this link on Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81330767352. We will be using Miro for all excercises. If you haven't used Miro before, please make sure to familiarize yourself with this tool before the Meetup. We've prepared some tutorials and how-to's on this Miro-board to help you out.

There will be drinks and food made by the staff of De Harmonie, the social restaurant and local community space, that is so kind to host the event. Veggie/vegan options will be available.
