2. Discussion topics - in today's session, we'll focus on 2 very important topics: Listening & Engagement

Here are some guiding questions for the discussion:
i) How have you been engaging (with) your community? Have you changed your style from 3 months ago (and before)?
ii) How will you engage (with) your community once the CB/lockdown is over?
iii) How are you monitoring what is being said about your brand or your product segment? (social listening)
iv) How can social listening help your brand grow?
