What we’re about

Join us for social meditation that's spacious collective awareness, not intense intimacy. We practice out loud, together— using a variety of different out loud vocal noting practices to harmonize our meditation practice and drop into deeper states of consciousness, faster.

We are open to people who believe meditation doesn't work for them and contemplative folks curious about the relational aspect of meditation. Anyone who wants the nervous system benefits of meditating together without the intensity of eye gazing or circling.

What We Do:
Half-day - daylong retreats in the Berkeley Hills where we meditate out loud. Instead of noting silently in your head, we vocalize our practice together—different notes unlock different states, and the group makes it easier to drop in.
