Weight Loss and Inner Peace
Losing weight through hypnotherapy is very different than conventional dieting. While dieting can be a never-ending battle between calorie counting and uncontrolled eating, using hypnosis for weight loss realigns subconscious cravings with the positive choices of the conscious mind. It is a wonderfully natural experience compared with the experiences of most dieters. Successful hypnotherapy is generally a calmer, more balanced attitude towards eating. Some people report a dramatic reduction in food cravings and tendencies towards overeating. Others simply have a new awareness of what they are eating and are able to learn or re-learn healthier eating patterns. Of course, bad habits can be relearned. Situations that caused the overeating to occur in the first place can recur in one form or another. But when we align our behavior to be in harmony with our true self, positive self-image and inner purpose, nasty bad habits such as overeating become more manageable and less difficult to change. The potential for inner peace inside each individual makes possible the simple and practical joys of everyday life! One of these joys is healthful eating. What we're about

Public Group

The Social Philosophizers Club is a group for the intellectually curious! It is a club for both singles and non singles, and for anyone who finds intellectual mingling to be the best form of social mingling. The club offers a variety of interesting venues to achieve its mission.

These smallish, less organized events have no admission fees (although members are always encouraged to purchase food and/or drinks from the restaurants and bars that are kind enough to host our events).

Larger and more highly planned events that require admission fees are also posted. However, the Social Philosophizers meetup group only acts as a co-sponsor or referer to these larger events, both within and outside ... ...
