🌀 Journaling for renewal & letting go: A Soulful Meetup 🌀
Plant the seeds of new things and weed out what no longer serves.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or craving a deeper sense of inner peace? You're not alone—and you’re invited!
✨ In this gentle and creative space, we’ll gather in community to explore the theme of renewal and letting go—through journaling, reflection, and open-hearted conversation. Whether you're releasing an old story, shedding limiting beliefs, or stepping into a new version of yourself, this circle is here to support your process with compassion. ✨
We’ll gather in community and explore soul-nourishing prompts together. Bring your favorite pen, journal, tea, and an open heart.
✨ What to Expect:
The first 10 minutes are devoted to a journaling prompt and a brief writing exercise.
After the 10 minutes, everyone is invited to share their writing. It is not expected—just appreciated.
The discussion will then naturally evolve into reflections, experiences, and a Q&A session.
This is a judgment-free zone where your voice, whether spoken or silent, matters.
✨ You’ll walk away with:
- A renewed sense of emotional clarity
- A deeper connection to yourself
- Practices you can return to anytime you feel overwhelmed or unworthy
- The reminder that you’re never alone in your healing

💗 5 Journaling Prompts for Renewal & Letting Go
(to work on before we meet):
- What part of my story have I outgrown, and how might I lovingly rewrite it from where I am now?
- What am I ready to release—an old belief, role, or habit—that no longer serves my growth?
- If I could begin again today with complete forgiveness, what would I choose to carry forward—and what would I leave behind?
- In what ways can I honor the past without letting it define who I’m becoming?
- What does renewal feel like in my body, heart, and mind—and what small act of self-kindness can help me step into it?
Be kind to yourself. Don't choose something too serious unless you're ready to tackle it and have a support system to help you.
NOW, BE YOUR OWN CHANGE OUT THERE IN THE WORLD AND WRITE ABOUT IT!
