Journaling Through Disruptive Change and Finding Balance

Details

🌀 Journaling for meeting disruptive change and finding balance: A Soulful Meetup 🌀
Plant the seeds of new things and weed out what no longer serves.

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in uncertainty, or craving a deeper sense of inner peace? You're not alone—and you’re invited!

✨ In this gentle and creative space, we’ll gather in community to explore the theme of meeting disruptive change and finding balance through journaling, reflection, and open-hearted conversation. Whether you're releasing an old story, shedding limiting beliefs, or stepping into a new version of yourself, this circle is here to support your process with compassion. ✨

We’ll gather in community and explore soul-nourishing prompts together. Bring your favorite pen, journal, tea, and an open heart.

✨ What to Expect:
The first 10 minutes are devoted to a journaling prompt and a brief writing exercise.
After the 10 minutes, everyone is invited to share their writing. It is not expected—just appreciated.

We will repeat this process with a second prompt if we have time!

The discussion will then naturally evolve into reflections, experiences, and a Q&A session.

This is a judgment-free zone where your voice, whether spoken or silent, matters.

✨ You’ll walk away with:

  • A deeper connection to yourself
  • Practices you can return to anytime you feel overwhelmed or unworthy
  • The reminder that you’re never alone in your healing

đź’— Journaling Prompts for Thinking About Change
(to work on before we meet):

  1. Name It: Ask Yourself, what is bothering me?
  2. Make a list if you have to.
  3. Break it down, you can’t just say “politics,” you have to break it into what kind, who, why, and how many, and what emotions are attached?
  4. Don’t stop until your mind is blank.
This is the time to bring up Jimmy for second grade, who told you you were ugly. Write it down!
  5. What can you do to find balance? Do you know? If not, do you know where to look for answers, support, and understanding?

Be kind to yourself. Don't choose something too serious unless you're ready to tackle it and have a support system to help you.

NOW, BE YOUR OWN CHANGE OUT THERE IN THE WORLD AND WRITE ABOUT IT!
