The weather has been amazing! Let’s meet at Ramapo for some fresh air and quality time! Approx 5+|- miles on parts of yellow, pink, purple, white and blue trails, keeping a moderate pace, enjoying nature. We may adjust slightly depending on the weather and trail conditions, but you should be comfortable walking and balancing on rocky terrain. We'll make a few stops for a quick photo break at the vista loop overseeing MacMillan Reservoir abound 1/3 into hike and possibly at the Cactus Ledge, as well as the waterfalls - all dependent on the trail weather conditions. Hikin/Walking poles suggested if you have them.
Meeting at by the sign/bulletin board (not at the trailhead) at the edge of the parking lot (closer to the woods) and start at 10am.

• Must be able to walk 5+ miles.

What to bring for a Hike: WATER/Tea, Hiking Shoes or Boots (no sneakers! - you’ll be sent home), Snacks, Trekking Poles (optional), Bug Spray, and a Talking Point! Dress for the weather and in Light Layers. Steady rain cancels the hike.

NOTE: You are responsible for bringing appropriate gear, supplies, clothing, necessary medication, EpiPen and first aid. You should review topographic maps and trail features carefully; understanding topography of any hike is key to your knowing where you are, where you're going, and how to get back.

4. This is an at-will event. No organizers, hike leaders or group leaders were professionally trained. Your participation in any and all events or activities will confirm that you are aware of the circumstances, rules and regulations and are willingly participating under these terms.
