With the closing of Whino in Ballston, we find ourselves looking for a new place to hang out. In pursuit of that goal, let's check out Nettie's Tavern in Clarendon. A short walk from the Clarendon Metro, Netties is in the space that used to be Whitlow's. With any luck, some of the magic that made Whitlow's a legend still lingers in those walls, but we'll have to check them out to know for sure.

The Happy Hour specials run until 6:00P, and include $5 draft beers, $5 whiskey, $5 wine, and $5 pepperoni rolls. I've heard good things about the food that's on the full menu, so if you're looking for dinner, it might be a good option to check out. Since this is our first visit to Nettie's Tavern, we don't have dedicated space for our group, so we're going to limit the attendance to 30 people.
