If you're a bit shy, introverted, or simply want to feel more confident connecting with others, try **Social Skills Gym**—a playful, low-pressure space to build real conversational confidence.

Every session is packed with engaging games and gentle challenges designed to help you:

* Break the ice with ease
* Ask great questions
* Share more interesting answers
* Listen with warmth and playfulness
* Get kind, useful feedback from others

We keep each session short—just one hour—so it's easy to join in without feeling overwhelmed or drained. You’ll chat in rotating pairs and small groups—so there’s no pressure to “perform” or be switched on the whole time. Think of it as a workout for your social muscles, at your own pace.

Anyone who wants to feel more at ease in everyday conversations.
You don’t need to be outgoing—just comfortable participating in light conversation and open to having a go. (This isn’t a clinical or therapy group).
