Having a spot on the waitlist doesn’t guarantee you a spot to play on the day. You should only turn up if you have a confirmed space to play within the allocated spaces set for the session!

🏸 Come and play in a casual​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​,​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ friendly & social badminton session (the first in Bristol). Join in for a trip to grab either a coffee/drink or some food nearby after each session.

👫 The session is for mixed ability players (mainly beginners & intermediate players). So please be respectful and kind towards less experienced players - we all have to start somewhere 🧡

🌱 We use YONEX MAVIS 300 Nylon Shuttlecocks. We’ll have a few spare rackets if needed.

📐 Format: We play doubles for the whole time and keep rotating opponents/partners across courts so everyone plays each other.

🚪Entrance to the sports hall is down the stairs as you head in from the main entrance where the reception is (ask if you get lost and they can guide you to the main sports hall).

🧼 There are showers, changing rooms & a water fountain at the venue.

🚐 Bus number 6 to Kingwood drops you off 2 minutes away from the leisure center, the stop is The Turnpike.

🚗 Free car parking is available on site and an accessible entrance for wheelchairs.
