About the hangout
• A clothing exchange as a social ritual. Everyone brings 4–5 pieces they’ve loved but outgrown, items with quality, story, or sentiment.
• The pieces are displayed collectively, not by owner but by color and character, so stories, not price tags, guide the exchange.
• There’s no 1:1 trade. What you leave behind might become someone else’s favorite piece.
• Swapping is less about transaction, more about discovery, finding new meaning in what’s been shared.
• Every exchange happens with mutual consent. It’s a conversation, not a grab.
• We treat it as a ruil-economie. built on dialogue, trust, and appreciation for each other’s choices.
• The session ends with a drink and reflection: what did you find, and what did you let go?
• Leftover garments become part can be donated to the store of can be brought back, to be re-styled or re-introduced in future sessions.
