What to expect
Come along for our Centennial Park Sydney Social Walk, a relaxed Sunday morning walk through one of Sydney’s most beautiful green spaces.
Social Walks are all about getting outside, getting moving and meeting new people. Come on your own, bring a mate or bring the family. Everyone is welcome. 🧡
📍 Meet: Centennial Park Homestead
🕘 Meet time: 8:45am
👟 Start time: 9:00am sharp
📏 Distance: Approx. 6km
⏱️ Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours
🏁 Finish: Centennial Park Homestead around 10:30am
We’ll meet at Centennial Homestead at 8:45am and set off at 9:00am sharp. From there, we’ll make our way through the heart of Centennial Park, taking in open parklands, tree-lined paths, gardens and ponds along the way.
Our loop will take us past Federation Pavilion, Centennial Park Labyrinth, Willow Pond, Duck Pond, Kensington Ponds, Busbys Pond and Paperbark Grove before making our way back to Centennial Homestead.
We’ll finish back at Centennial Homestead, where anyone who’d like to can stay for a coffee and chat afterwards.
This walk goes ahead rain, hail or shine.
