Watchung Reservation Hike (4.5 Miles) and Coffee/Lunch

Hi everyone!

Let's enjoy a nice Spring hike! Join us for a 4.5 mile hike in the Watchung Reservation. As always, we will go at a moderate pace and won’t leave anyone behind. But please be considerate of others if you don't think you will be able to hike at a moderate pace for the duration.

We will meet in the parking lot near the Trailside Nature and Science Center and will hike along the white, purple and yellow trails. With a stroll through some of the Deserted Village.

Please arrive about 10 minutes before the start time.

After the hike, for those who want to, we will grab a coffee or some food at a local diner/deli/coffee shop. We will pick the exact place based on group size and preference.

For the hike, I strongly recommend hiking shoes (or boots) and, of course, water. Bug spray, poles, and other equipment are optional.

Also, please no dogs on this hike.
