Rainbow Community Center provides HIV prevention, education services, and support to those living with HIV throughout Contra Costa County and beyond. We have social and support groups such as “People living with HIV, “Amigos,” a social group for Spanish speakers where we explore safe sex and HIV prevention topics. We also host special events highlighting our work with HIV support, prevention, and education, such as our Cinco de Mayo event and our AIDS Day Vigil.

In partnership with Contra Costa Health Services, we provide free and confidential bimonthly HIV and STI testing to any community member. Rainbow Community Center offers PrEP referrals through our events and outreach to ensure that low-income, uninsured, undocumented, or other marginalized community members can access free HIV prevention medication.
