We meet to slow down, listen deeply, speak honestly, and connect with others beyond small talk
Simple communication tools used are designed to share autonomously and focus, keep the space nonhierarchical/mutual, and cultivate authentic social support; created for people who are:
-building interpersonal skills
-neurodiverse and/or introverted folks
-those seeking more connection
-those in touch with their healing processes
-creating a relationship with themselves
-new to healing in some way
-seeking trauma resolution
Participants are welcome to suggest a group idea or theme, and will be approved with group consent. Nonheirarchy and power-sharing is important to the host and invited.
