### Welcome to Authentic Reset Day Retreat at Venetucci Farm!

I’m bringing my Authentic Reset Community Retreat to Colorado Springs, CO on Saturday, June 21, 2025, and I just know there is something valuable here for everyone to experience. Let me share a little bit about myself and where my head was when I created it. Check out the schedule below!
I am a 2E, lifelong learner and super passionate about group experiences, sharing tools for growth, and bringing people together—among many other things—and I 100% believe that the healthy and transformative connections I make start with my willingness to be authentic and vulnerable; but I needed to learn how. Plus, I created Connection Continuum through Meetup becuase I have a huge desire for us all to stay connected afterwards; to continue skill building and connecting. If nothing else, let's fulfill the gap our modern world has created between us all.
I specifically thought about us neurodiverse friends, those of us on a journey to authenticity, LGBTQ+ folks, and anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or lonely. Truthfully, I have been all those things and more at one time or another, and that’s what inspired me to bring the connection to you—to your community.
My day retreat is built on sensitivity, resilience, and care. I know you are worthy of goodness and peace and ease—plus! you deserve only good things. Together, we will cultivate deeper connections with ourselves and with others. What do you think? Schedule: morning trauma-informed yoga with Christine Frey, welcome and intention setting, lunch, connection experientials with Brittany, break, group connection circle, break, dinner, ecstatic dance with Lexia and Jonny located in the barn, outdoor bonfire music jam, connection and hangout.
