Please read the following from owner:
In addition, dining with us will require a bit of time and patience as every dish is cooked from scratch solely by Chef/owner Don himself therefore, even if you preorder, your dishes will not be made in advance and instead will be cooked fresh and served hot; so it will still take a bit of time for all your dishes to be prepared (at times, it could take an hour or longer). Preorders will give Chef time to prep if time permits and it will also cut out the decision making time while you folks are here so that you have more time to talk amongst your friends/family and enjoy your time together. Family-style dining is recommended.
