A friendly, welcoming, non-judgmental social group for people who struggle with any form of anxiety or depression which affects your social life; hosting a mixture of relaxed social get-togethers and personal development events, all with the aim of helping you overcome your illness and getting back to enjoying life again.
Whatever you're currently struggling with, be it shyness, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, OCD, PTSD, Bi-polar, you name it, please consider yourself more than welcome to join us.

Laughter is a great way of cheering us up in these difficult times. We will do playful exercises with the idea of "fake it 'til you make it". Benefits of laughter yoga include having lots of fun, boosting the mood, getting in touch with the inner child, being playful, loosing inhibitions, connecting with people and production of endorphins which are natural pain killers, stress-fighters and immune system boosters. No Means No Worldwide is a comprehensive violence prevention organization for girls and boys. They are a school based program that uses the IMpower system of prevention and intervention training. They teach classes in 6 week cycles, three times per school year, with the number of students ranging from[masked] per cycle.
