Welcome to Dances With Sitz!
We are active, professional singles (ages 50-65+) who enjoy dancing! The group aims to hold a dance gathering everything 2-3 months in locations around the Greater Boston area.
Come out and be social! You will find a group of happy, friendly, welcoming people who will do their best to make you feel at ease. You may find that you will easily form long-lasting friendships and enjoy diverse events with some fun-loving people.
All the events on this site are open to everyone and we look forward to meeting you at our next dance!

Come out for a fun time at the Sons of Italy hall in Watertown and dance the night away with the Eight to the Bar.
Eight to the Bar is well known for its outstanding instrumentalists and sophisticated musical and vocal arrangements, highlighted by female vocals. They provide a colorful mix of forties, jive, fifties, and sixties thru eighties. Their arrangements include swing, jazz, blues, doo wop and Motown. Their sax player Colin Tilton is the original sax player with Van Morrison.
Time: 8:00PM to 11:15PM
Tickets: $25, Cash only at the door.Bar: Cash Only Bar - No Credit Cards accepted
Parking: Ample Free Parking is available in the lot behind the Sons of Italy and in the lot across the street from the front door.
