Meet at the carpark on Aspinall Road near “Six Foot Track” sign. Refer photo no. 7.

🥾 DISTANCE: 13.5km return.
🥾 GRADE: Moderate on a steady pace, not snail pace!

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
🚶‍♂️ Bowtells Swing Bridge is part of 44 km Six Foot Track from Jenolan to Katoomba.
🌉 The bridge is an alternative route that was built for when the Coxs River is flooded but has now become a feature of the Six Foot Track.
🌉 The new recently upgraded swing bridge is not as scary or sway as much as the old bridge!
🚶 This walk is not for hardcore or fast pace walkers. If you’re short of time or in a hurry to get home, please DO NOT join this event!
🤳 This is a social leisure walk suitable for nature lovers, bird watchers and amateur photographers. We will walk through picturesque farmlands and rolling hills.
🥪 We will have byo picnic lunch at the bridge.
🏊🏼‍♂️ You may also have a swim under the bridge if you wish.

On the way back to your car, you may stop by at:
🍇 Dryridge Estate Winery 🍇
You may need to make a booking for wine tasting. Please check the website for further info.
