🗓 DATE: Saturday, 9 August 2025.
⏰ MEETING TIME: 10am.
⛴ MEETING POINT: Manly Wharf entry/exit, in front of Information Centre.
🚻 Toilets located on the basement carpark, opposite the Information Centre. 🌍 Please use Google maps, not Meetup maps!
🚌 END POINT: Collaroy Beach at the bus stop.
🏖️ Few get-out points along the way.

🥾 DISTANCE: 13.5km - point to point.
🥾 GRADE: Easy/Moderate on a relaxing pace, not snail pace!
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended due to uneven rocky surfaces, ups and downs hills, stair climbs, creek crossings and walking on sandy beaches. Tracks expected to be wet, muddy and slippery at few sections.

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
🐳 This is a beautiful scenic walk along the coast on Manly Beach, Queenscliff Beach stopping at the Manly Wormhole for our first photo session.
🏖 We will continue our adventure along Freshwater Beach, South Curl Curl Beach and North Curl Curl Beach where we will stop for a byo lunch break.
🥪 BYO packed lunch always the best option to avoid a long queue at the cafe.
🐳 After lunch, we’ll continue our adventure stopping for photos at few rock pools and lookouts with magnificent views along the clifftop towards Dee Why Lagoon, Dee Why Beach, Long Reef Beach, Fishermans Beach and our final destination, Collaroy Beach.
🍹You may have a drink or bite to eat at one of the cafes or pubs before heading home by bus back to Manly Wharf or B1 bus to Wynyard station.
🚶‍♂️You may also continue (optional) to Narrabeen Beach or Narrabeen Lagoon.

❎ NO smoking on the walk including during photo stops and lunch break.
❎ NO pets including service or companion dogs are permitted on my walks. You may join pet friendly walking groups instead.
✅ If you’re bringing a guest/s under 18 years old, please let me know by TEXT for confirmation.
✅ Please be mindful and respectful with members and guest/s from diverse background. This is not a dating group.
✅ If something’s come up, please Edit your RSVP to ‘Not Going’ asap at least by 7pm the day before. It’s only take a second!

🎒WHAT TO BRING 🎒
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for this walk.
🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended.
💦 At least 1.2L of water (limited refills along the way), Hydralyte or sports energy drinks.
🥪 Snacks and PACKED LUNCH.
🧢 Hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.
⛑ Basic First Aid kit ie. BandAid, bandages, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser.
🧥 A raincoat just in case of wet weather.
🏊🏼‍♂️ Cozzies and towel if you wish to swim. ⛄️

⛴ 9.30am - ferry departs from Circular Quay, Wharf 3.
⛴️ 9.53am - arrives at Manly Wharf.
🚌 Bus from Dee Why Beach or Collaroy Beach back to Manly Wharf or Wynyard station.

🏃‍♂️ Please leave home with plenty of time and arrive promptly. If you’re running late, we don’t wait!
