🗓 DATE: Sunday, 17 August 2025.
⏰ MEETING TIME: 10.25am.
🏖️ MEETING POINT: Bondi Pavilion - at the main entrance facing the beach, opposite the Lifeguard Tower. Refer photos no. 2 & 3.
🌍 Please use Google maps for exact location, not Meetup maps!
🏝️ END POINT: Maroubra Beach - at the bus stop, in front of Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club.
🚌 NOTE: few get-out points along the way that you may leave at any time.

🥾 DISTANCE: 12km - point to point.
🥾 GRADE: Easy/Moderate on a steady pace, not snail pace!
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended due to uneven rocky surfaces, ups and downs hills, stair climbs, walking on sandy beaches, paved footpaths and a bit of rocks scramblings. Tracks expected to be wet, muddy and slippery at few sections.

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
🚶‍♂️ This is an iconic must do walk from Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach along local roads, paved footpaths, boardwalks, rock cliffs, rock pools with insane coastal views passing through beautiful beaches - Tamarama, Bronte, Gordon Bay, Clovelly, Coogee and Maroubra.
🧺 We will have a byo lunch break at Coogee Beach with facilities and enjoying the ocean view.
🐳 After lunch, we will continue our adventure to Maroubra Beach along the coast whilst spotting pod of whales and dolphins along the clifftops.
🍔 You may stay as long as you wish at Maroubra Beach for a drinks or bite to eat. Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from.
🚌 Bus to the City, Randwick, Bondi Junction etc.

✅ Keep well back from cliff edges at all times, especially when taking photos.
✅ If you do not wish to be photographed (randomly or group photos), please DO NOT join this event. Easy!
✅ Few facilities and cafes along the trails.
❎ NO smoking of any kind on the walk including during photo stops and lunch break.
❎ NO pets including service dogs are permitted on my events. You may join pet friendly walking group instead.
✅ Please be mindful and respectful to members and guest/s from diverse background. This is not a dating group.
✅ If something’s come up, please Edit your RSVP to ‘Not Going’ asap at least by 7pm the day before. It’s only take a second!
❎ Late cancellation or No Show would not be tolerated. You will forfeit the opportunity to join my future events!

🎒WHAT TO BRING 🎒
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for this walk.
🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended.
💦 At least 1.2L of WATER (refills available), Hydralyte or sports energy drinks,
🥪 Snacks and packed LUNCH.
⛑ Basic First Aid kit ie. BandAid, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser.
🧢 Hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.
🧥Light raincoat or a poncho just in case of wet weather.

$5 CASH per person for this event to be collected at the start of the walk.
