Distance: 13.5 kms
Start Time: 10 am
Finish: Approximately 4.30 pm

We meet at Customs House and head up to the Obelisk at Macquarie Place which is the official start of the Great North Walk.

Next we will head back to Circular Quay to catch our ferry to Woolwich Ferry Wharf, Valentina Street. Along the way we will visit Woolwich Peninsula with Lane Cover River to our right and Parramatta River to our left.

We will pass some amazing buildings and churches in Hunters Hill before stopping for lunch at Boronia Park (make sure you bring food as no shops nearby). From Boronia Park we will walk along the western bank of the Lane Cove River, following the Great North Walk arrows as we go, finishing at North Ryde Railway Station.

What to bring:
🥾Good walking shoes, as the surface will be rocky and uneven in parts and may be slippery.
🍗🥤🍩Lunch and Snacks - Bring a decent lunch, snacks and lots to drink as there is nowhere to buy food on this walk.
😄Happy face

Payment: $10 cash at start of walk or PAYID 0430249009 Michelle de Vries
