⏰ MEETING TIME: 10.05am
ℹ️ MEETING POINT: (start & finish) Manly Wharf at the entry/exit in front of Information Centre.
🚻 Toilets located on the retail level opposite the Information Centre.

🥾 DISTANCE: 14km return circuit.
🥾 GRADE: Easy/mostly Moderate on a relaxing pace, not snail pace with plenty of photo and selfie stops.
💪🏽 Few steep stair climbs with uneven rocky surfaces, ups and downs hills, walking on sandy beaches and a bit of rocks scrambling.
💪🏽 Tracks expected to be wet, muddy and slippery at few sections.
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended for this walk.
🚶‍♂️NOTE: few get-out points along the way.

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
🚶‍♂️The Manly to North Head Track (technically called the North Head Sanctuary Loop) is a walking track that starts from above Shelly Beach and loops up and around to the end of North Head, aka the outermost point of Sydney Harbour.
🏖️ It offers dramatic coastal cliffs, lush bushlands, hanging swamps and epic harbour views from Quarantine Cemetery and scenic Fairfax Lookouts with a side of interesting military history at The Barracks Precinct.
🥪 We will stop for a toilet and BYO lunch break at Bella Vista Cafe with an amazing views of the harbour.
🏖️ After lunch, we will continue our exciting adventure to Fairfax Lookout and Memorial Walk.
🚶🏼‍♀️ Then we head to Quarantine Station for a quick museum visit and photo stops before continuing back to Manly Wharf along few gorgeous beaches for a ferry or bus home.
🍹You’re very welcome to stay as long as you wish for a drinks, gelato or bite to eat at the end of the walk at Manly Wharf.

❎ NO smoking or vaping on the walk including during photo stops and lunch break.
❎ NO pets including service dogs are permitted on this event.

🎒WHAT TO BRING:
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for this walk.
🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended.
💦 At least 1.2L of water (limited refills), Hydralyte or sports energy drinks.
🥪 Snacks and packed LUNCH.
🧢 Hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.
⛑ Basic First Aid kit ie. BandAids, bandages, antibacterial wipes, pain reliever and hand sanitiser.
🧥Light raincoat or a poncho just in case of wet weather.
🏊‍♂️ Cozzies and towel if you wish to swim.

⛴ Ferry departs at 9.40am from Circular Quay, Wharf 6. Arriving Manly Wharf at 10am.

🚗 Those travelling by car, you may be lucky to find a free unlimited parking on the main road or side streets about 10-15 minutes walk to/from Manly wharf.

🏃‍♂️ Please leave home with plenty of travel time and arrive promptly. It’s rude and disrespectful for turning up late!
