"Anzac Day" new special walk! - George (me) needed a "first time" unique original walk. From-Central-a-New-Way-to-Rose-Bay! 12km.
NOTE: "Meeting Point" - Grand Central Station's "Transport Information Big Board" near Platform 4. Café perfectly placed nearby if you arrive early. Meet other walkers.

WHY WALK!
1. Walking increases blood flow to the brain, improving memory almost instantly!
2. Walking recalibrates your circadian rhythm, making you fall asleep faster at night.
3. Walking strengthens your immune system cells, which is why walkers get fewer colds.
Central Station Start, follow me at a reasonable pace. I'll keep the nitty-gritty each step of the way to those who come on the walk so they will see it for themselves. Come on! Enjoy with me.
Half Way: stop for 15 minutes for a backpack snack. Plus Rehydrate.
At end of Walk: (about 1pm) We can enjoy lunch together, either settle at a Rose Bay Pub or the cafe near the Rose Bay Ferry Terminal. Buses also available back to city.
Distance: 12km (about 3 hours)
Difficulty: Moderate, stairs, hills, bush, parks, paths, exit spots!
Walking Pace: An easy steady pace at 4.25km-4.50km per hour.
Bring: water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, a raincoat in case. Bring your happy personality too!
