🥾 DISTANCE:
🚘 Ghosties Beach, Moonee.
🚶‍♀️ 3km return same way.
🅿️ Ghosties Beach trailhead, Hooey Street.

🚗 Caves Beach, Swansea.
🗺️ About 20 minutes drive.
🚶‍♂️1.5km return same way.
🅿️ Caves Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

📍You will see timber stairs heading down to the beach. Refer photo no. 7.
🏖️ Meet on the beach at the bottom of the stairs.

🚗 Frazer Beach, Bongon Beach, Snapper Point Cave Lookout, Frazer Inlet, Gravelly Beach and Wybung Head Lookout.
🗺️ About 25 minutes drive.
🚶‍♀️8km return circuit with side trails.
🅿️ Frazer Beach Campground, Frazer Park.

🚻 Meet at Public Toilets & Showers Frazer Beach.

🥾 GRADE: Easy/mostly Moderate on a relaxing pace, not snail pace!
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended due to uneven rocky surfaces, ups and downs hills and walking on beautiful sandy beaches.
🥾 Tracks expected to be wet, muddy and slippery at few sections.

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
🚶‍♂️ This is a beautiful walk through Munmorah State Conservation Area with scenic coastal walk along beautiful secluded beaches, rock formations and awesome views at the lookouts.
🐋 A great place for whale watching and wild birds.
🤳 Lots of photo stops and selfies along the coastline.
⚠️ NOTE: The caves are safest and most accessible at low tide. Always check tides and sea conditions. These areas are not patrolled.
🌊 Estimated low tide time on Sunday, 26th July at 11.30am, approximately 0.75m.

🏨 You may stay up for the weekend in Newcastle, Norah Head, Lake Munmorah, Budgewoi, Terrigal, Toukley, Catherine Hill Bay, Swansea or anywhere you fancy to explore the beautiful Central Coast.

❎ NO pets including service dogs are permitted on my events. You may join pet friendly walking group instead.
✅ Please be mindful and respectful to members and guest/s from diverse backgrounds. This is not a dating event.

🎒WHAT TO BRING 🎒
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt are not be suitable for this walk.
🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended.
💦 At least 1.8L of WATER, Hydralyte or sports energy drinks.
🥪 Snacks and PACKED LUNCH.
🧢 Hat, sunscreen, spare clothes and socks, small towel to wipe your wet feet or shoes and insect repellent.
⛑ Basic First Aid Kit - BandAids, bandages, antibacterial wipes etc.
🧥 Light raincoat or a poncho just in case of wet weather.
