πŸ₯Ύ GRADE: Easy/mostly Moderate on a relaxing pace, not snail pace!
πŸ’ͺ🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended due to uneven rocky surfaces, ups and downs hills and walking on beautiful sandy beaches.
πŸ₯Ύ Tracks expected to be wet, muddy and slippery at few sections.

πŸ“Έ WHAT TO EXPECT:
πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ This is a beautiful walk through Munmorah State Conservation Area with scenic coastal walk along beautiful secluded beaches, rock formations and awesome views at the lookouts.
πŸ‹ A great place for whale watching and wild birds.
🀳 Lots of photo stops and selfies along the coastline.
⚠️ NOTE: The caves are safest and most accessible at low tide. Always check tides and sea conditions. These areas are not patrolled.
🌊 Estimated low tide time on Sunday, 26th July at 11.30am, approximately 0.75m.

🏨 You may stay up for the weekend in Newcastle, Norah Head, Lake Munmorah, Budgewoi, Terrigal, Toukley, Catherine Hill Bay, Swansea or anywhere you fancy to explore the beautiful Central Coast.

πŸ‘• Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt are not be suitable for this walk.
πŸ₯Ύ Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended.
πŸ’¦ At least 1.8L of WATER, Hydralyte or sports energy drinks.
πŸ₯ͺ Snacks and PACKED LUNCH.
🧒 Hat, sunscreen, spare clothes and socks, small towel to wipe your wet feet or shoes and insect repellent.
β›‘ Basic First Aid Kit - BandAids, bandages, antibacterial wipes etc.
πŸ§₯ Light raincoat or a poncho just in case of wet weather.
