🗓 DATE: Saturday, 8 August 2026.
⏰ MEETING TIME: 10.20am.
🚊MEETING PLACE: (start/finish) Wentworth Falls train station - Station St entry/exit at the garden (Coronation Park) next to the toilet block.

🥾 DISTANCE: 10km return.
🥾 GRADE: Easy/mostly Moderate slightly hard on a relaxing pace, not snail pace!
Easy - Wentworth Falls Lake trails.
Moderate/slightly Hard - Water Nymphs Dell trails.

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
🚶‍♂️Let’s go up to the mountain for a crisp fresh air, beautiful scenery and picture perfect waterfalls.
🤳 This is a social leisure walk suitable for nature lovers, bird watchers and amateur photographers.
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended for Water Nymphs Dell trails with steep stairs, ups and downs hills and uneven rocky surfaces.
💪🏽Tracks expected to be wet and muddy in few sections.

🌈 It’s definitely worth the effort as the secluded waterfalls and glow worms is just Oh! So beautiful like in a fairyland with lush rainforest and flowing streams especially after rainfalls.🧚🏼‍♂️
🤳 After photo session at the waterfall, we’ll climb up the steep stairs to the end of the trail.
🧺 We will then head towards Wentworth Falls Lake for BYO picnic lunch.
🚻 Yes, there are toilets and picnic tables.

🚶‍♂️After lunch, we will continue our adventure on a fairly easy trail on Wentworth Falls Circuit Walk with lots of photo stops.
Once completed, we will head back to Wentworth Falls station.
🤳 You may stay as long as you wish at the lake for photos or a swim (optional) and make you way to the station at your leisure.
🥧 There’s few cafes and shops near the station. 👍 I’d recommend Bakery Patisserie Schwarz, opposite the station for yummylicious pastries and meat pies.

🎒WHAT TO BRING:
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for this walk.
🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended.
💦 At least 1.8L of WATER, Hydralyte or sports energy drinks.
🥪 Snacks and PACKED LUNCH.
🧢 Hat, sunscreen, insect repellent and hand sanitiser.
⛑ Basic First Aid kit.
🧥 Light raincoat or a poncho just in case of wet weather.
🏊‍♀️ Cozzies and towel if you wish to swim at Wentworth Falls Lake.
