🏨 You may stay at a hotel, motel, holiday park, Airbnb, camping, glamping or any accommodation you fancy for the weekend to explore Bowral, Berrima, Mittagong, Sutton Forest, Bundanoon, Moss Vale, Robertson etc.

🚗 We suggest that you take Friday, 4th September off work, take a sickie or POETS to maximise your weekend getaway.

Attending this event is voluntarily at your own risk. Organiser/s accepts no liability of any kind including injuries, accidents, misadventure etc during and after this event.

✅ You must take personal accountability for your own choices, actions and/or misadventure.

✅ Keep well back from cliff edges at all times, especially when taking photos.

🚗 WHAT TO BRING (CAMPERS):
~ All creature comforts including camping gear - tent, sleeping bag, blankets etc.
~ Food, snacks, drinking water at least 10 litres (no tap water), portable stove, fold up table, chairs, plates, mug, utensils, cutlery, wash basin, dish liquid, gazebo, torch or headlight, tent light, camp light, powerbank etc.
~ Warm jacket, thermals and warm clothes. It’s cooler temperature at night.
~ Bag of firewood (if no fire ban). I will check RFS website closer to the date.
~ Bring everything that you can think of including kitchen sink! 🪣🛒

🚻 Toilets: Basic long-drop/drop toilet facilities are available onsite.
💦 Water: No drinking water or showers. You must bring all of your own fresh water.
🚮 No bins provided. You must carry out all rubbish you bring in.
🛜 No powered sites. No electricity available. Internet connection may be patchy at some areas.
⛺️ Campsites are unmarked on first come first served.
🚙 Campground is accessible by regular 2WD or campervan.

$20 per person (PRE-PAID & non refundable if you cancel or No Show) for research and preparation for this exciting event.
