WHY WALK!
1. Walking increases blood flow to the brain, improving memory almost instantly!

NOTE: "Meeting Point" - Grand Central Station's "Transport Information Big Board" near Platform 4. Café perfectly placed nearby if you arrive early. Meet other walkers.

Be the 1st to love this new walk! 75% has not been walked as a walking group previously. Created with meticulous care for maximum enjoyment. Central-Surry-Hills-Moore-Park-Centennial-Park-Cooper-Park-absoluley-beautiful-Bellevue-Park-Lyne-Park-Rose-Bay.

Central Station Start, follow me to Moore Park then Centennial Park.

Half Way: stop for 15 minutes for a backpack snack. Plus Rehydrate.
At end of Walk: (about 1pm) We can enjoy a lunch, grab ferry to Quay or settle at a Rose Bay Pub. Buses also available back to city.

Distance: 12km
Difficulty: Easy/moderate, stairs, hills, bush, parks, paths, exit spots!

Walking Pace: An easy steady pace at 4.25km-4.50km per hour.
Bring: water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, a raincoat in case. Bring your happy personality too!
