Eastwood to Parramatta via "The Ponds No.2" upper & Carlingford 13km Moderate!

WHY WALK?
1. Would you like to live longer? Well guess what, get out and keep on walking. Yes! Yes!
2. Walking increases blood flow to the brain, improving memory almost instantly!
3. Healthy, you bet yu! and yes it makes you happy, feeling good inside guaranteed.

Meeting Point: Eastwood Station (west side) outside the ticket barrier exit.
Distance: 13km
Difficulty: Moderate, steps and hills, classified moderate due to distance.
Walking Pace: An easy steady pace at 4.25km to 4.5km per hour.

1. Eastwood Station past a vibrant unique street shopping section to Glen Reserve.
2. We follow Terry's Creek, interesting pathways to David Hamilton Reserve.
3. Continue hugging Terry's Creek until Fred Spurway Park.
4. Mobbs Lane Reserve, then Don Stewart Park cutting across to Dandarbong Reserve.
5. Plenty of Bush next, heading up to Carlingford, my early year here.
6. After a break, head to Cox Park. let's go downhill, then Rapanea Community
7. Dundas Valley with exciting walkways, then head to Rydalmere. area and Yallamundi.
8. We walk past Western Sydney Uni Parramatta to reach the Parramatta River.
9. From here, relaxing walk to Parramatta Station, huge shopping available, grab a bite.

What to Bring: Comfortable outfit, a litre of water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, a raincoat just in case of wet weather. Bring your happy personality too!
