1. Lewisham to Dulwich Hill on first leg, then to Canterbury.
2. Lee's Park then Croydon Park to Flockhart Park.
3. We follow the Cooks River for long sections.
4. Ford Park to Strathfield Golf Club.
5. Slide past Rookwood Cemetery to Airey Park.
6. Hit Flemington with a feeling of ultimate achievement.

Meeting Point: Outside South side of Lewisham Station at street. Railway Terrace.
Distance: 14.7km

Difficulty: Moderate due to distance, reasonably flat, "easy peasy".
Walking Pace: An easy steady pace at 4.25km-4.50 per hour.

What to Bring: Comfortable outfit, a litre of water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, a raincoat just in case of wet weather. Bring your happy personality too!
