The session is focused on building more athleticism and strength for sports, but still relevant to overall health and fitness.

【Rules】
• Look after yourself and others, ask for help if needed, don't push through an exercise if its causing you pain
• Come ready to work out or use the changing room quickly to save time/make room for everyone else
• Please try not to be late, so the session can flow smoothly and you can get warmed up properly, learn the exercises etc
• Need to be out of the gym and changing rooms quickly to make room for the next session

• Sportswear or loose clothing
• Good vibes!
【Cancellation】
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time must pay the game fee unless a replacement can be found. A waitlist does not guarantee a replacement, especially last minute!
To join and workout has injury risks, so please ensure you are insured. Exercise responsibly to prevent any injuries to others and yourself.
