SOWW Literary Series: An Evening in Conversation with Tasha Coryell. ✨

Join the Society of Women Writers for an intimate conversation with novelist Tasha Coryell.

In this moderated session, we’ll explore the craft of writing dark, psychologically complex characters, the evolution of voice between books, and what it means to build tension around morally complicated narratives that stay with readers long after the final page.

Tasha Coryell is the author of Love Letters to a Serial Killer and Matchmaking for Psychopaths, as well as the short story collection Hungry People. Her work is known for its sharp voice, unsettling themes, and deeply human exploration of obsession, identity, and desire. She lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with her husband, two children, and greyhound. When she’s not writing, she can be found running, cross stitching, or watching copious amounts of television.

The evening will begin with a short excerpt reading from Love Letters to a Serial Killer, followed by a thoughtful discussion on Tasha’s work, her journey as a writer, and the creative process behind her novels. We’ll then open the conversation to a live audience Q&A.

Whether you’re drawn to darker fiction, interested in developing complex characters, or curious about the path from debut to second novel, this session offers an honest and engaging look into the mind of a contemporary novelist.

This is a virtual event 💻. Zoom link will be provided in your confirmation email 24hrs prior to the event.

General Access: $15
