• 3 prepared speeches (5–7 mins)
• Lightning-round impromptu speeches (1–2 mins)
• Constructive, empowering feedback
• Laughs, insights, and mic-drop moments

As a guest: You can chill and observe—or jump in with a mini speech if you're feeling spicy.
